This week and weekend, several organizations across metro Atlanta are stepping up to make sure families have what they need for Thanksgiving. From full meal boxes to grab-and-go groceries, these events are providing essential support to seniors, families, and anyone facing food insecurity.

Below is a roundup of key Thanksgiving distributions happening now through the weekend — including where The Bridge United will be serving in person.


1. C.H.O.I.C.E.S. for Kids — Annual Thanksgiving Mobile Food Pantry

125 Ellis Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30303 Saturday, November 22 This annual event provides a full Thanksgiving meal, plus groceries for the week. Ideal for families and individuals needing holiday support. Registration is required

What They’re Offering

  • Thanksgiving Theme dinner boxes (turkey + sides)

  • Additional fresh groceries to last families the week

  • Drive-thru model — volunteers will load vehicle LINK HERE

2. Feeding GA Families — Thanksgiving Meal Event

Carver STEAM Academy, 55 McDonough Blvd SE, Atlanta, GA 30315 Saturday, November 22 | 11 AM – 2 PM Offers pre-cooked Thanksgiving meals, groceries, and extended support for seniors and homebound neighbors.

What They’re Offering

  • Pre-cooked Thanksgiving meals

  • Food boxes for families, seniors, and homebound neighbors

3. Reflections of Trinity — Thanksgiving Food Distribution

4037 Austell-Powder Springs Rd, Powder Springs, GA 30127 Saturdays |8:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Reflections of Trinity hosts one of the largest weekly food distributions in the West Cobb/Powder Springs area — and this week, their boxes include Thanksgiving meal essentials for families in need.

This weekend LOCATION :The Linked Up Church: 4331 Brownsville Rd.. Powder Springs Ga. 30127

What They’re Offering

  • Thanksgiving Theme dinner boxes (turkey + sides)

  • Additional fresh groceries to last families the week

  • Drive-thru model — volunteers will load vehicle LINK HERE
