The Bridge United is a nonprofit resource hub created to connect people with life-changing support. We focus on addressing food insecurity, home safety and housing preservation for aging in place, and other barriers that keep people from thriving — with an emphasis on guiding low-income community members, and those facing physical, cognitive, or developmental challenges toward free and low-cost programs that promote independence, dignity, and stability.

Our dedicated call center, staff, volunteers, and Bridge Ambassadors work together to simplify the process — from intake to referrals — so that finding help feels less overwhelming.
