Our first season as an official nonprofit was awesome, and the TBU Street Team season is wrapping up.
Thank you for the love and support! 2025 was great; in 2026 we’ll go further and aim higher—with our community, for our community.

Call Center: LIVE & taking calls. As a community hub, we’ll keep referring and directing neighbors to available resources.
Newsletters: still going out. Expect Community Highlights, Resource Awareness Alerts, opportunities to get involved, and impact snapshots.
Partners & Support: Need TBU marketing materials, speaker for a community outreach/networking event to share The Bridge United’s mission and resource?
We’re available.
Street Team returns March 2026 and runs through the summer. As always, we focus on wraparound services, resource navigation, and cross-referrals that support aging in place, independence, dignity, and stability—powered by community partnerships.
