City of South Fulton Opens Senior Home Repair Assistance Program

The Bridge United is pleased to share an important housing resource for older adults living in the City of South Fulton.
The City of South Fulton is currently accepting applications for its Senior Home Repair Assistance Program, which may provide up to $25,000 in eligible home repairs for qualifying homeowners age 62 and older.
This program is designed to help seniors remain safe and independent in their homes by addressing critical repair needs and accessibility improvements. Eligible services may include electrical work, plumbing repairs, roofing, HVAC replacement or repair, mold remediation, lead hazard reduction, exterior windows and doors, and ADA accessibility modifications.
Applications are open through July 31, 2026, and funding is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
